YLH SERIES MACHINE FEATURES:
1 . Low liquor ratio
Breaking through the traditional design concept of long dyeing vat and high liquor ratio , this products liquor ratio is as low as 1 : 5 when it is functioning with full load.
2 . High loading capacity
The maximum capacity is 300kg/tube
3 . Wide range of applications
This product can be applied to dye both thin and thick fabrics such as knitted fabrics,woven fabrics,chemical fiber blended fabrics,etc . It is very suitable for dyeing super soft microfabrics. When dyeing polyester spandex and nylon spandex , which is used in manufacturing swimming suit and underwear , it can function smoothly and maintain high dyeing quality
4 . Good level dyeing effect
The specially designed feeding device ensures good level dyeing effect at lower liquor ratios
5 . Uniform temperature distribution in the dye vat
The new dyeing system can ensure uniform temperature distribution in the dyeing vat
