Protein materials (wool, silk), cellulase (cotton, linen, hemp), natural, synthetic fibers (polyamide, polyester, acrylic, viscose).
The variable winding system is used with all types of yarn. After years of research and development, we have applied a new plant that allows optimization of the dye bath flows on the material, obtaining perfect dyeing homogeneity, without having the material completely immersed.
The quantity of water required is reduced up to a quarter of the values with the cone immersed. It follows that since the quantity of water is limited, the energy required for heating, cooling and the power installed on the circulation pump are significantly reduced compared to traditional machines.
The bath’s cyclicity affects the material of the colorant and the product is considerably significantly higher than of a traditional process. It favors a more homogeneous distribution by putting less stress on the material.
