Description
This system provides the powder dye dissolving and conveying control required by the dyeing machine in the dyeing room and workshop of your dyeing and finishing factory. It uses precise PLC control to connect with the back-end LA-253 dye distribution and delivery system and LA-1000 process open card connection integration system to realize the instant powder dissolution and delivery function of the dyeing machine. Dissolve the powder in the order of the formula and carry out the heating/maintaining function. After the function is completed, it is transported to the dosing barrel of the dyeing machine and automatically performs tank washing and steam pigging operations to completely solve the problem of pipeline pollution.The specifications and images are for reference only; actual content may vary.
