FIBER&YARN LUBRICANT SOLUTIONS

High-performance lubricant used for texturizing and gimped yarn processing of continuous filaments of polyester, polyamide, and other fibers. Due to its high antistatic properties it prevents formation of electrostatic charges on the fiber.
Increases fiber-to-fiber cohesion and provides optimum balance, and therefore prevents spreading of filaments. The product prevents capillary break and minimizes friction and provides weighting and slipperiness to the yarns. Does not cause yellowing and corrosion.
Due to emulsifying agents in the product structure, the product can be easily removed by the oil removing/washing processes in the dyehouse.
