Eliar offers RDD, the fastest and most flexible fully automatic bulk dyestuff weighing, dissolving and distribution system.
Thanks to RDD’s revolutionary weighing and dissolving principle, it performs simultaneous weighing, dissolving and transfer processes, so bulk colors in recipes are transferred to the dyeing machine additional tank within only minutes and without lost time. With 4 sensitive load cells integrated into RDD silos, silo weight is continuously measured. When relevant dyestuff request in dyeing recipe reaches the RDD, the screw feeder is driven, the dyestuff is started to be transferred to dissolving unit, and simultaneous weighing and dissolving are performed by calculating reduced amount in the silo. Then the relevant dyestuff solution is transferred to the related dyeing machine addition tank without any risk of color mixing, with ELIAR multi-line robotic dispensing technology and just-in-time distribution disciplin
