Thanks to its special pump and nozzle designed by Galactic Makina, it provides high-quality and repeatable dyeing process.
Water and electricity consumption has been reduced.
Main Body is 316-316L stainless steel.
Body Thickness 5 mm.
It is fully automatic computer controlled.
It provides high water savings thanks to its special software.
It is steam heated and water cooled.
A regulated valve is used for precise temperature control in the heating and cooling process.
Nozzle diameters are 140 mm, 168 mm, 220 mm. The nozzle position is controlled by a linear actuator with 1% precision.
J-box is covered with full-length Teflon.
It is equipped with the best quality and state-of-the-art panel equipment.
Hot water can be obtained easily and quickly by using the hot water preparation tank. It saves 15% time in each painting process.
Soda and dye dosing is controlled by a high precision adjustable valve.
