Infra-Red Laboratory Dyeing Machine Model IR-18M The IR dyer is a compact desktop dyeing machine providing a versatile and cleaner method of sample dyeing, the dye pots are heated from the top by infra-red radiators. The inclined angle of the dye pots to the rotary disc is specially designed to have a good liquor circulation by the rotation of the disc. All stainless-steel model comprising - Using LAB-2021 Touching Panel type controller with 50 program and 20 steps per program. - Dyeing programs are setup by touching screen and running automatically. - If there are several set of machines, the user could copy all dyeing programs from one machine to others by USB. The user doesn’t need to setup one by one. - When dyeing program is running, the user could check the using situation with diagram of setting and real one. And the dyeing situation could be saved into USB for data storage. - When Error happened, the alarm will run in 5 seconds then stop. But the Error message will be kept on monitor and the machine will be stopped until the user solving the problem avoid the dangerous situation.
