InspirOn Engineering Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad came into being in 1973 as A.T.E. industries Pvt. Ltd. Name of the company was changed in 2007 to InspirOn Engineering Pvt Ltd and brand name of the Flyer also changed from “ATE” to “InspirOn Flyer". InspirOn Engineering associated with German firm C. Eugen Maier metallverarbeitung GmbH for technical collaboration and commenced commercial production in 1975 for manufacturing high-speed light aluminium alloy flyers. InspirOn Engineering Private Limited (IEPL) is the world's largest manufacturer of high performance aluminium flyers having manufactured and sold over 5 millions of these critical textile components around the world under the brand name of "InspirOn Flyer". In addition, IEPL is a specialty foundry equipped with machining capabilities. Set up in the year 1973, IEPL today has core competencies in tool designing, engineering solutions, die-casting, CNC machining, dynamic balancing and surface finishing. In its sprawling plant at Ahmedabad, IEPL also manufactures all the major accessories related to flyers, which work towards improved productivity and increased life of flyers leading to consistent quality of roving.
