It offers extremely high machine speed and smooth operation, along with a high dye exchange rate. This advanced machine can effectively address common fabric issues such as creases, chicken paw marks, and curling edges. In comparison to traditional overflow dyeing machines, the YOH series provides a superior fabric surface finish and is capable of handling more challenging fabric types. When in operation, the YOH series consumes approximately 0.016KW of electricity per kilogram per hour (0.016KW·H/KG) and achieves a liquor ratio of 1:4.5 - 1:5 for dyeing cotton and polyester-cotton fabrics under full load.
